ilang bwan ko ng pinoproblema tong lintek kong credit card from HSBC. no, it is not because masyadong malaki ang utang ko (hehe) kung hindi dahil sa walang wentang services ng HSBC. as soon as i am done paying my debts, ikacancel ko na talaga tong lintek na toh nyahahaha...
ilang milyong beses na ko tumawag sa Customer Service nila to complain about my card. sa twing kasi i-ke-key in ko yung card number ko, sasabihin ng machine - SORRY YOUR CARD NUMBER DOES NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS..what the F?! pero pag nakakausap ako ng CSR naman they were able to pull up the info about my account and sasabihin sakin na OK naman daw ang card ko. i am going into an endless loop and talaga namang highest level ang pagkainis ko hehe.
i decided to visit their branch last Saturday. mahaba ang queue. may half an hour din akong naghintay only to be told by the CSR na they couldn't help me and i need to call their phone banking...again, what the fucking F?! nasa branch na nila ko and they couldn't help me kasi kelangan phone banking ang mag-a-assist? DOH! talaga. i also informed the nice CSR na pakiupdate ang aking date of birth kasi it seems that according to their system 21 May ang bday ko at hindi 21 Feb. when she asked for an ID i gave her may National ID, which is the only valid ID that will be acceptable by Bank and other government offices (according to the great UAE law implementor), pero i was advised na hindi pa nila nirerecognize ang national ID as a valid ID?? sobrannng what the F na ha!!
at eto na, naisipan ko na naman tumawag sa HSBC this morning to again complain (ala lang kasi talaga ko sawa hahahahah)..isang napakamalumanay na indiano ang nakasagot. sa sobrang lumanay parang gusto nya ubusin ang airtime nya sakin haha. sa simula pa lang feeling ko na walang mangyayari sa usapan namin. bakit kamo? e vine-verify pa lang nya ang card number ko naka-10 na ata syang ONE QUICK MOMENT sakin. at matapos ang ilang tanungan another ONE QUICK MOMENT. wala naman sana problema kung quick nga e kaso abay nagspend na ko sa kanya ng 10mins para lang sa simpleng verification?? amf! so imagine nyo yung tinagal ko sa phone nung nag-uu-umangal na ko regarding my card...lol...kabuset
hay naku, ayan napa-blog tuloy ako sa pagkainis ko.
